Several students of Wilson school attended the Young Women in Science conference in Princeton University. This is the events 10th year where they promote young women in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics to female students in grades 7-10.
This years keynote speaker was Aprille Joy Ericsson, Ph.D. who was one of several inspiring lectures given by notable scholars.
The conference welcomed 295 middle and high school students that came from 31 New Jersey schools. The students toured the labs to watch exciting demonstrations of all of Princeton's science departments.
