On Friday, Sara Gilmore Academy 3rd and 4th graders celebrated Pi Day (3/14). Pi is an irrational number and represents the ratio of the circumference of any circle to the diameter of that circle. Students made fractional pieces of pies, had scavenger hunts for circular or spherical objects, and even played a kahoot game about Pi.
