At Sara Gilmore Academy, our school nurse, Mrs. Castelli, our school social worker Mrs. Torres, and our school supervisor Mrs. Rojas, held parent workshops about managing stress through self-care and time management during virtual learning. The workshops were very helpful as parents voiced their concerns and learned about how to deal with stress at home better. Great job ladies!
