Forensics

No, Forensics is not only about investigating crime scenes.

Students in this activity choose, memorize and prepare dramatic or comedic pieces in five categories for competition in the Hudson Catholic Middle School Forensics tournament held every spring. Each student chooses from the following: Dramatic Interpretation, Oral Interpretation, Duo Interpretation, Original Oratory and Declamation. Prizes are awarded in each category and the competition is extremely enjoyable and exciting. Over the years, Woodrow Wilson students have worked very hard and been successful at the tournament.

Through forensics, students gain confidence in public speaking and practice presentation techniques which they can use throughout their lives.
